Questions1. What is the function of the CPU?the function of the CPU is to make the computer run faster and make the computer more compatible to run more programs at once.
2. What was the name of the first CPU?the name of the first CPU was the '4004'

Referring to the graph on page 2 of the article, describe how the speed of CPU’s has changed.the speed of the first CPU has changed to now through the speed rate of the clock rate. in 1974 the speed was 2HMz and then in 2004 the speed went up to 3.6 GHz. proving that the speed rate has become faster and that the CPU has changed.
4. What does MIPS measure?the MIPS also known as the "million of intrusions per second" is a rough measure of the performance of the CPU.5. Research (Google it) what is a dual core processor, what is multitasking and how do the two work together.the Dual Core processor is a CPU with two separate cores on the same die each having its own cache. it is the equivalent of having to microphones in one.multitasking is when two or more things is being done at once.these two work together because the dual core multitasks through the way in which it have two microphones and helps to make the computer faster and can handle doing more than one thing at once.
